Brian Eldridge– Owner, Milling Technologies

Growing up in Wauchula, Florida, my father owned a Ford Tractor dealership, and I started helping around the shop at eight years old, eventually working on equipment from a very young age. After high school, I joined the Army in 1988, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division until 2002.

In 2002, as a side job, I started a mobile repair service in my garage. I opened my first shop in 2007 in a 2,000-square-foot facility. In 2011, we moved to our current 30,000-square-foot facility.

In 2017, I started jumping with a nonprofit called Phantom Airborne Brigade, an all-military, trained veteran parachuting group. That same year, another veteran and I purchased the name and equipment and started a nonprofit. We conduct both land and water jumps, with water jumps allowing disabled and injured veterans to have a much easier landing. We have grown from eight members to well over 500 today.
