Welding and Machine Shop

Currently, we have the capability to perform most machine work in-house. We have lathes with a swing ranging from 14” to 30” and an unlimited length for workpieces up to 9” in diameter. Our facility also includes computer-assisted milling machines, ironworkers, and a state-of-the-art 5-axis water jet. Combined with our stock of chrome rod, we provide comprehensive services in one location that other facilities simply cannot match.

We have successfully repaired a dragline gear by reattaching teeth that had been ripped out. Our expertise dates back to the 1970s, allowing us to repair components when others claim it's impossible—we know how. There is little we cannot accomplish.

When it comes to welding, we have you covered. We specialize in TIG, MIG, stick, and brazing for aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, cast iron, and cast steel. We can repair your cylinder in-house, whether it requires a new rod, tube, transfer tube, or pin boss. We can also design and build a cylinder to your exact specifications, weld it, and test it—all in-house. Need a custom hose fitting? We can fabricate one on-site or repurpose your existing fitting to get you up and running quickly.
